Wall Ties
Installation of wall ties providing structural strength to brickwork which is an integral component of the buildings structure. Dapcors method of installation via drilling Helifix wall ties is both more cost and time effective than rebuilding the section.
Evidence of wall ties being needed can include:
- Bulging brickwork
- Cracked building facades
- Entire wall movement
An emergency project at Coogee where a weakened wall collapsed during high winds. Due to corroded wall ties, the external brick skin pulled away from building.
