Spalling or Concrete Cancer has the possibility
to affect any building in which reinforced concrete
was used in its construction - floor slabs, stairs,
balconies, walls, columns, beams and pathways.
Spalling concrete is the process in which the
steel in the concrete is affected by rust. The
early treatment of spalling concrete will not
only cause less damage to your building, but will
be less expensive to repair.
