This remedial project required refurbishment of the entire façade of the building.
The work included waterproofing and tiling of the balconies and waterproofing of the planter boxes.
Leaks were coming from the roof flashing, so we replaced the capping on the roof. We installed anchor points in strategic locations, so that we didn’t have to build a scaffold on the roof.
We had a challenging product failure in terms of the planter boxes, which we resolved by replacing them. We also replaced non-compliant tin downpipes going through the interior of the building.
