About the project.
In the project undertaken in Cammeray, our team managed a comprehensive range of tasks to enhance the property's durability and aesthetics. The scope of our work included a significant rooftop waterproofing works of 700m2, which involved the demolition of the existing membrane, screeding, and the application of torch-on waterproofing. Additionally, we replaced as many as 1,671 panes of glass, benefiting 70 units and various common areas. To further ensure the building's longevity and visual appeal, we undertook comprehensive facade repairs and render corrections.
Highlights
Our comprehensive facade repair was the highlight of this remedial project, revitalising the building and ensuring extended longevity. The process involved replacing 1671 panes of glass and performing in-depth restoration work. Additionally, we performed 700m2 of rooftop demolition, screeding, and Torch-on waterproofing, backed by a 20-year warranty.This all-encompassing approach transformed the building's appearance and enhanced its structural integrity.

This strata building in Freshwater, Sydney, needed remedial work to correct for more than two decades of band-aid repairs.Situated at the northern end of Freshwater Beach, this building’s facade did not match its stunning location. Minor repairs over time had taken their toll.The project’s scope aimed to correct the imperfections: all 28 units needed balustrade upgrades, waterproofing to balconies, paving on pedestals, replacement of windows and doors and cavity flashing and extensive spalling concrete repairs. The whole building required rendering and painting.
